You Did It!! We Raised Some Fat Cash for IYG!

You did it!!! With the support of our sewing community, YOU, we were able to raise $1250 that we donated to IYG – Indiana Youth Group.  The bonus prize is that there was a matching offer when we made our contribution, making our $1250 become $2500.  Thanks for being rockstars.

It takes courage to be bold and we love you for it.

A few weeks ago we offered the sweetest bundle of rainbow fabric in which we donated 100% of the purchase of the bundle to IYG.IMG_8922.JPG

We received SO MUCH SUPPORT that we felt compelled to make more bundles and donate more fabric so that you could donate more money to the important cause of creating safe spaces for LGBTQ youths in Indiana.  And then, Modern Handcraft came alongside us and donated Stack quilt patterns to be sold for the same purpose and voila!  We raised $1250 for the Power of Safe capital campaign for IYG.

When a local family in Indianapolis pledged to match funds being donated, we jumped at the chance and make our $1250 in to $2500.

Crimson Tate is a loving place.  We welcome any and all to come sit at our sewing table.  Thanks for being the same way, too.  We love you.  Sincerely.  All are welcome here.  We believe in being fearlessly positive at all cost and in creating a space where everyone can be inspired, learn, share, and commune.  Thanks for being a part of our squad!

  1. This is fantastic! I was sorry to have missed out on these bundles and supporting the cause – I think you should add these to your shop permanently!
